Dalat plateau Bird Photography Tours

Da Lat is the best bird photography site in Vietnam. Located in the Central Highland of Vietnam (Approx. 300 km from HCMC). This EBA has natural evergreen and coniferous forests which is home to six endemic birds species: Collared Laughingthrush (Garrulax yersini), Orange-breasted Laughingthrush (Garrulax annamensis), Vietnamese Cutia (Cutia legalleni), Grey-crowned (Crocias Crocias langbianis), Black-crowned Fulvetta (Alcippe klossi) and Vietnamese Greenfinch (Carduelis monguilloti).

The Dalat Plateau also supports several subspecies including Rufous-backed Sibia (eximia), Black-headed Sibia (robinsoni), Blue-winged Minla (orientalis), Black-throated Sunbird (johnsi) and Red Crossbill (meridionalis).

Datala Waterfall, Ta Nung Valley, Biduop-Nui Ba National Park are the most famous places for Bird- photography where almost all endemic birds are found.
